I was recommended to Simply Spanish homes by a friend to help sell my house that had been with another agent for more than a year. I met with Matt and was instantly impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge. He suggested a freshening up of the property and arranged for the work to be done at a very low cost.
The pictures and the presentation of the listing was far better than the previous agent. After a few months the property was successfully sold and at very close to the asking price.
