I contacted Matt from Simply Spanish homes in March 2023 about a property I had seen advertised on a place in the sun. Matt was extremely helpful from start to end, we arranged to fly to Alicante where Matt picked us up and drove us to the apartment for sale after viewing and making sure we was 100% happy with the property he arranged a meeting with the lawyers Services & Solutions which again was completely fantastic from start to finish. Matt spent the rest of the day travelling around the area showing us the sights then Matt kindly returned us to the airport. Once we returned back in the UK Matt continued to be extremely helpful we know have completed on our apartment and Matt has put us in contact with Keyholder etc to assist ourselves in renting the apartment I can not praise Matt enough if you are thinking of buying a property in Spain and you are looking for a honest & fair Agent then Matt from Simply Spanish homes is your man.
