I contacted Matt from Simply Spanish homes in March 2023 about a property I had seen advertised on a place in the sun. Matt was extremely helpful from start to end, we arranged to fly to Alicante where Matt picked us up and drove us to the apartment for sale after viewing and making sure we was 100% happy with the property he arranged a meeting with the lawyers Services & Solutions which again was completely fantastic from start to finish.
