For anyone thinking of buying

For anyone thinking of buying in Spain I couldn’t recommend Matt and simply Spanish homes enough! I flew to Murcia to have a look at the area and a few properties. Matt showed me 3 or 4 properties and discussed them with complete openness and honesty which was refreshing. Within 3 hours of meeting I had offer accepted and PoA signed (possibly a record!). Back on flight with minutes to spare and property in progress. It was seamless. The solicitors were great and it was so easy. It was a thoroughly seamless experience. Matt is very experienced and a pleasure to work with.
